I have a question - what temperature range do oils stay best at? I
have a friend in Pheonix who is concerned about her oils because some
days it gets 95 degrees in her house. She's wondering about
refrigerating them on esspecially hot days. Would this mess with the
molecular structure of the oil?
I know that keeping oils out of direct sunlight and out of intense
heat for long periods of time will be bad for them. Would you still
get some benefit from them even if they've been in high temperatures?
I'd hate to throw anything away.
