most companies do all their ordering on line so this will not set well with them.

unfortunate. I have a customer who I think would be perfect for PM but
she won't call up. I also have 4 others who I wanted to put in PM that
probably won't ever place a LRP order anyway which is why I want to
place them there so then it doesn't bother me. Hopefully the
complaints will make a change.
