Regarding the CFS, I don't know if you've ever heard of the Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers. They have 14 clinics across the US and specialize in Fibro and CFS. They are incredibly expensive and have had great success in treating them. The doctor I see used to work for the clinic in Bellevue and she said that almost everyone that she treated for those two disorders had Candida, so you might consider looking into that.
http://www.holistichelp.net/candida.html has some great info on testing and diet. Unfortunately, the diet is necessary in addition to the oils.
