Well for starters that article is bogus, Grammar and spelling is so bad I stopped reading it.  Just remind you customer that the internet is a dangerous place to believe everything your read.  And there is always someone out there trying to take the 'wind out of the sails'.    I have been in a number of different companies and have learned that you can't listen to the negative talk because there is lots of it.  You have to base you belief in what you know works.  doTerra compared to any of the 5 other companies I have been in is way more successful, because the products do the talking for us.  None of the other products I have taken over the years have given me almost instant results like doTerra has.
