[Everything doTERRA] Re: patches for hot flashes & hysterectomy

Hi Sheree, I can tell what has worked for me. I didn't want to start
on the patch or pellets so I opted for the oils. Life Long Vitality
is a must, then I use Geranium on my pulse points (like perfume), some
woman use Clary Sage but it didn't work for me. I also apply
peppermint to the back of neck every morning then as often as needed -
it cools me immediatley. I use Balance on my feet in the morning and
Serenity on my feet at bedtime. This has worked like a charm for me
and I don't leave home without it! You don't mention if she still has
her ovaries but i'm assuming with that length of time on meds she's
had a total hysterectomy. The oils won't affect the medication and if
she wants to come off of it she can talk to her MD and tell them what
she's doing in case they want to taper down the dosage. Most won't
argue because they know the "patch" is what it is...a "patch".

Hope she can throw those patches away once and for all! 10 years is a
long time to be on any medication, wow!
