[Everything doTERRA] Can you tell me if this info is right?

Am I understanding this correctly?

If I sign up a business owner as an IPC and then their business as a
preferred member, starting from retail the preferred member gets 20%
off. Then the preferred member (business) in months 1 to 3 gets 10%
back in loyalty rewards. For 0 - 499 preferred member PV the IPC
(owner) gets 10% back. Is that right???
