[Everything doTERRA] Should you dilute all essential oils?

I guess the subject line says it all. Should you always dilute any essential oil with FCO?

Or the flipside to this question, is it okay to always dilute with FCO?

As many of you know, I'm new to all this. I find one of the biggest frustrations is there seem to be too many paths to one answer. No specific "recipes".
You'd think this would be a good thing, but I'm afraid of goofing up and causing injury to my family.
