[Everything doTERRA] Re: Lemon oil and Kidney stones?

Sodas, carbonated beverages, are widely known to leach calcium from the system so we women, especially as we become prone to osteoporosis as we age, should limit our intake of these beverages.  This is also wise counsel for men even though osteoporosis doesn't seem to be as big of a health issue for them.

I have had a lot of calcium oxalate kidney stones.  The research is showing that it is usually from a lack of calcium in your diet or from drinking things that are leaching calcium from your bones.  I started drinking a bunch of milk after getting like 20 of them over a year, and they went away.  I don't avoid oxalate.  It might be something to try.  Calcium supplements don't work the same as milk.

Citrus peels are one of the foods listed as high in oxalate and should there for be avoided for to avoid future kidney stones.  My question is if Lemon oil is high in oxalate?   I would think not but I wanted to see if anyone knew exactly where the oxalate is in a peel or tell me that essential oils cannot contain oxalate acids or something more definitive than it not being listed as a major component.  Just not wanting to make calcium kidney stones worse.
