[Everything doTERRA] Re: Amenorrhea Lack of Periods! Help!

I just wanted to post an update. I was able to bring my periods back after a month of the following protocol:

Bottoms of feet twice daily: Oregano, - I did it neat. I've seen a lot of concern about using it more than ten days at a time. If you want, you could do ten days then take a break, then resume ten days, etc. I didn't and noticed nothing but that was my choice.

Rubbed over ankle points twice daily: Clary Sage (I had tried only using Clary Calm for a month previous to this whole protocol and had no success, so I decided to try this)
Rubbed over lower abdomen twice daily: Clary Sage, Geranium
Rubbed over adrenal glands above kidneys twice daily: Geranium

I was also taking LLV & Phytoestrogen. I chose oils that helped with hormonal function and progesterone levels. (Thyme is in the LLV). It took a month of consistency but after four or five months of no periods I was relieved to be normal again. I've also been like clockwork ever since. I no longer use those oils for that purpose but have kept on with the LLV & Phytoestrogen. Hopefully this helps someone in the future. :)

Hi
I'm not sure if you'd have access to anyone who can do cupping (wet) but whenever my period was late, if I got cupping done it would come the very next day! I know chinese acupuncturists usually do dry cupping, am sure that would also be helpful..

I also found if I went to see the osteopath it would do the very same thing!
