Thank you for more details. I have chronic constipation. I have tried both the GX Assist and the PB Assist. I am allergic to milk and there is milk in the Terrazyme. I take a Rainbow light enzyme which doesn't have milk products. Even with everything I do I still seem to have this problem.  My acupuncturist gave me something today to seep and drink all during the day, Plus needles in my stomach and legs, feet hopefully something will work soon. 

Thanks again for your help. If you can think of certain protocol for which oils to take and it what order I would really appreciate it. Thanks again,
