I am not able to do oil pulling for more than 30 seconds without choking, I have tried using less oil. Any other suggestions from those of you who do oil pulling?

It is human nature to think that if 2 drops are good 4 would be better. And that works as long as you don't mind breaking out in detox. I love oil pulling but stay with the recommended dose of two drops of two oils.
