My granddaughter does really well with coconut oil and lavender. Cutting out dairy also helps as well for many people. Good luck

As far as body wash goes try Aveeno products you can buy them anywhere. Have her Google recipes on how to make laundry soap or look on youtube. There is a ton of recipes out there she just has to find the one that works for them.
