my first thought is that she may be dehydrated. Dry skin is the number one things to look for. What I did was use food grade vegetable glycerin in good pure water during the day for about a month. I also drank half my body weight in ounces of water during this time. My skin look amazing when I got done. I would also add a citrus essential oil or maybe zendocrine in the water to help with detoxing. I would use one good squeeze or maybe or maybe a teaspoon so in each glass.
