My husband and I both take them and we share. We each take one of each a day along with one A-Z chewables which fill in some of the blanks the LLV has for us. We also share a bottle of the DDR Prime and take 8 drops each in the morning. If you are on different schedules you can get a container so you can take a weeks dose to work with you.
