Using the FCO only helps you spread the oils better and does not dilute their power.

I am new to essential oils and was wondering if using the fractionated coconut oil dilutes the potency of the oil. I find it easier to apply to bottom of feet with a drop or two of the coconut oil but don't want to reduce the effectiveness of the particular oil. I know some of the hot oils NEED to be diluted but I'm referring to like frankincense or similar. Thanks
