Thanks Ginny, that is great information. I also heard recently, that if you do not like the smell of an oil, add Wild Orange. I tried it after using Immortelle, and it worked on the nausea.

First I'd get a copy of Living Healthy and Happily Ever After by
Hintze/Lawton. Find one the area in it that speaks to you. They have
good affirmations and combinations and there is usually one that draws
you in. There is one on letting go that is quite good.
I had an abusive co-dependent issue I had to deal with last year that
was very difficult. Some things I found very comforting in addition to
that book were putting the rose lotion on my heart and putting
frankincense and wild orange on my forearms. Then when I went out in
public I'd wear and carry Terrashield to help deal with people that
'wanted to help' or felt it was just a 'misunderstanding'.
I didn't have to retrain myself not to associate the smells but what I
would try is to do something that you really enjoy and use the scent or
combine it with something else like lime, bergamot or lemon and see if
that helps. An example... bake chocolate chip cookies and when they are
smelling wonderful and just about to come out, use the oil and then
follow it by eating the cookie. If you get a bad reaction try Breathe to
reset your nose. (There is a recipe on Nunaturals website to make them
with stevia and Lily has a stevia sweetened chocolate chip).
