If you find some good recorded classes, please post them here. I've been with doTerra for two years and have never been to a class. It's a big of a dead zone here. I did manage to get to two post-convention tours though. Get to whatever you can as far as events go.

Learn to muscle test the oils until your intuition gradually takes over. It takes time. I was very confused at the beginning. It helps to get a book or two on the subject. See www.aromatools.com. Most of all just have fun with it!Bottom of feet is normally what people do when there is no description. I always inhale the oil deeply before I put it anywhere. Usually about 3 times. Some oils only need to be inhaled. They can be put in capsules and swallowed. Many people like to use Frankincense daily under the tongue. Lemon and other Citrus oils and Peppermint can be drank in water. You can flavor food with some of the oils. Just go light! Start with one drop, taste, add another, etc. With some practice you will know beforehand what it will taste like but start slow until you get there! The brain oils can be applied on the temples, back of neck, inhaled. Under feet of course too. The big toe is connected to the brain so that's a good spot to put them. You can print out a reflexology chart and use it as a guideline.
Don't overlook the other products. GX Assist for killing off yeast/candida is an excellent product. DDR is fabulous for everything if you take only one product, let that be the one.

--I'm with Suzanne. I am totally new with absolutely intuition for oils. I have been confused about the lack of instruction as well. I got a box full of oils and had no idea how to use them! I contacted the girl who signed me up, and she gave me some protocols that have worked for her and her family.
I get the feeling that the oils are most commonly rubbed into the bottom of the feet, as well as down the neck on each side of the trachea for things like colds or asthma. Sometimes they are used directly on the source of pain, such as the ear for an ear infection or your stomach for stomach aches.
I still don't really know what I am doing, but do the best I can with what I have been told.
