[Everything doTERRA] Safety of Childrens Candles made with Essential Oils

Hi all,

I'm a candlemaker and I've had a request from a mom who wants me to create a candle for her children, using Essential Oils.
She puts a candle in their room to fall asleep with (obviously in a safe and monitored manner) and asks if I can make her a natural, relaxing candle using essential oils such as Lavender and Chamomile. She wants a candle specifically rather than a diffuser.
I have read that candles burn at too high a temp to get any theraputic benefit from the oils - is this true for soy wax also? Soy wax has a melting point of 45 degrees celcius so comparitively low to parafin.
How much essential oils would be safe to use in a candle specifically for kids?

Thanks in advance,

Tracy
