I think often IPCs say that because if you were to buy a Ph Kit w/Slim and Sassy it is $150 wholesale. When they enroll it is $150 so it is like enrolling for free. On the enrollment flyer it shows the savings in the little green bubbles. Technically the enrollment fee isn't waived but the savings is at least the cost of enrollment.

I am confused. I was told initially that when someone purchases an enrollment kit that the $35.00 membership is waived.  I even found it printed on several of the enrollment kit forms.  On the other hand, I was told by my Account Manager that the wholesale enrollment fee is not waived but included in the price of the enrollment kit.  What is the correct answer? I don't want to pass on the wrong information.
