I have a question about Balance. In the Modern Essentials Book I have it says you can use Balance internally. In the DoTERRA product guide (2013-14) I just received with my Physician Kit it doesn't recommend it for internal use. Which one is correct? Also, what should someone do it they take an oil internally that is not suppose to be?
