A lot of the reason for the lack of info, is the same thing doesn't always work for everyone and we want you to use your intuition and use it how is works best for you.

This causes many of us to need to write to ask for more details which delays getting the needed information.

I really appreciate the time all of you take to answer questions, but I am often frustrated with a lack of details and often when I ask for more information I get no response.
