One of my relatives used to take a huge amount of Pepol Bismol and had to eat an apple every night before bed or he had to sleep siting up due to has acid reflux being so bad but as soon as he tried TerraZyme he no longer takes either of these and is great! This alone opened him up to doTERRA and he uses doTERRA for a lot of things now : )
