Gin--I always appreciate your answers! That's correct. I never say it's waived but I do say it's included.

Hi,
I am confused. I was told initially that when someone purchases an enrollment kit that the $35.00 membership is waived.  I even found it printed on several of the enrollment kit forms.  On the other hand, I was told by my Account Manager that the wholesale enrollment fee is not waived but included in the price of the enrollment kit.  What is the correct answer? I don't want to pass on the wrong information.
