Welcome to doTerra Linda. If I had nodules I would begin a daily protocol by making a blend in a roller bottle of:

10 drops fractionated coconut oil

10 drops lemon grass

5 drops frankincense

5 drops myrrh

Apply directly on thyroid area daily.
