Thenoilmpull we suggest helps in a huge measure for your condition , it needs to be done twice a day.

2 tbsp fractionated coconut oil

2 drops clove

2 drops oregano

Hold in mouth for 10 minutes, moving it gently around gum areas . Spit out after 10 minutes.

Repeat twice a day and be courageous when your dentist asks what you are doing.
