[Everything doTERRA] Rash on hands after giving ATT

I have an IPC who has been graciously offering many aromatouch treatments the past month after having received her ATT certification.  Unfortunately, her hands are not breaking out in a rash.  The Dr wants to put her on antihistamines; she would rather avoid that and is hoping she can use oils to help her deal with her reaction to using the oils.  :)

She's wondering about taking lemon, lavender & peppermint in a capsule.  Of course, she gets exposed to lavender and peppermint in the ATT...  Any thoughts on whether taking these in a capsule will just compound the issue, or is it likely to help resolve the issue?  I don't want to make it worse for her!

And would it make sense for her to apply a carrier oil to her hands prior to giving the ATT in the future, to help reduce the rash issue?

Thanks
