I have a specific question about this protocol w/oils & tampon...do we just begin this whenever between periods or do we begin the day the cycle starts??? Just curious IF there is a time that is best.
Also now that DDR Prime has come out do you think adding that (diluted of course) w/b even more beneficial? My thoughts are that it would but I would appreciate feedback from others:)
