[Everything doTERRA] Runny nose

So I've got this problem where I have a sore throat at night and first thing in the morning, my sinuses start getting a lot of pressure in the evening, and I have the most awful runny nose day and night, although it's mostly draining down my throat, ugh, so gross :(
It's been like this for at least 2 weeks already. The other stuff isn't a big deal and doesn't bother me much, but the runny nose and it draining down my throat non stop is driving me nuts and grossing me out and making me nauseated. I've never had so much snot in my entire life! Sorry to be so gross and thank you in advance for any suggestions!
