[Everything doTERRA] probiotic

One of our IPCs adopted a 5 month old baby born addicted to drugs. He
seems to catch every bug on the planet and has horrible digestive
issues. I'd like to try and get some PB Assist in him if we can. Any
suggestions, I have a vague memory of someone saying we could open it
and rub on his foot. Or should we try and find an alternative.
