My understanding is that being low in iron takes a long time to show up and would be almost impossible to happen overnight and even less likely caused by a few drops of oil. If this is new for her, i would get in touch w her dr asap just to make sure nothing else is going on. In my opiniom this is complete coincidence w the oils. But thats my 2 cents. Emily
