What kind of animals? I have attached the dog and cat care sheets, because the protocol for fleas differs between them. For cats they recommend rosemary, for dogs they recommend rosemary plus purify--so no purify for cats! The protocol in the ME book is even a little different than either of these.

They all, however, say to dilute with either FCO or distilled water.
