[Everything doTERRA] Rash from Hand and Body Lotion ... ?

Hello all.

I taught a class tonight and a lady who has started using the oils said that she used the Hand and Body Lotion (our unscented lotion) on her neck with Lavender and she got a rash.  Then she used the lotion on her legs with Cypress and got a rash which she has now had for 4 days.

I've never heard of a rash with this lotion.  What do you think?
