Personally i was on a seasickness patch and that is what dilated my eyes.  I had to get off the patch slowly and eventually my vision came back to normal. For me it was completely the patch that effected my vision.  See.if that is a side effect. She could try sea bands or psi bands.  They are bracelets for nausea on pressure points on ur wrist.

I struggle w my nervous system and particularly nausea.  The llv helped a lot and i like spritzing my face and neck w 4oz water 5-10 drops of peppermint.  If nausea is caused by uneasiness or anxiety, balance helped me a lot applied to my neck and feet.  Balance and cypress helped my vertigo if she has that.

Thank you so much for any ideas.  Her doctors have told her that she may just have to live this way.  She was at a huge hospital in Dallas under the best care and the doctors have only seen a few cases like hers ever.
