The flu bomb is interchanged at times regarding the severity of the illness, I have seen people change the flu bomb to 8 drops of Oregano and then whatever else they could fit in the capsule, here are a few of the ones that are tried and true:

4 drops each of oregano, melaleuca, onguard and lemon  (original one, for me)
4 drops each of oregano, melaleuca, frankincense and lemon
5 drops oregano, 4 drops onguard, 4 drops thyme and 4 drops wild orange  (if there is a bad cough involved you also use breathe and rosemary on the back and sinus area)
5 drops oregano,4 drops onguard, 4 drops myrrh (for heavy mucus) and fill capsule with wild orange or lemon

I know there could be more since I make the bomb according to the specific condition. I also lower the drops and add coconut oil when applying on children's feet.
