According to my super awesome doTerra app, this is what it says:
For blood clots, you can use grapefruit or clove topically.

For circulation (but be careful of those clots) you can use Clary Sage, Cypress, helichrysum and wild orange. Topically

For scarring you can use Frank, Geranium, Helichrysum, immortal ant-aging, lavendar & melaleuca. Topically or internally.

I dont know if any of this will help, but hopefully. If you have a smart phone the app is definitely worth the $10, its called MDO - pro
