[Everything doTERRA] Mollescum Rash. Need advice

Hello everyone!  I have a friend who's little daughter has a rash called Mollescum  under her arm and behind one of her legs.  She said it doesn't hurt or itch, but it looks kind of gross. Her little girl has had this rash before and it can last for a year and a half up to two years.  My friend is wondering if there is an oil or  combination of oils that she can use to clear up this problem.  

I'm thinking there is probably a diet issue involved here or maybe even some Candida going on.  Her little girl's only 3 years old.  If anyone has had experience with this particular rash or has any ideas please share with us.
