[Everything doTERRA] Crap Hanging On

I'd add get a massage and make sure to use pb assist if you're using that much oregano..

A really great cough remedy: cinnamon and lemon (1 drop each) in a spoon of honey.

I'd also fid out if you have pneumonia or something like that. I had a cough like that last winter, kept treating it like bronchitis I.e. all the capsules, oregano etc... Turns out simple basil on the top of my feet worked great. Simple. In about a week. (Oh and no dairy, but you probably knew that)
