This is incorrect. When there is a $200PV promotion you get it
whether you enroll with a $200PV order, place a standard internet order
or a loyalty rewards order.
The only restriction I know about is the product of the month that
you are eligible to receive free with a Loyalty Rewards Order of $125PV
shipped by the 15th.
