I understand that doTERRA doesn't teach this. I haven't had this in my upline, I have met people very upset with their upline and doTERRA because they were told this.  Just wanted to clear the air for those that are lost in all the paperwork and haven't been told the truth.  Some people out there are so pushy about it.  

I do tell people why they would want to be on LRP, but that they don't have to be.....  Thank you so much!  I love you honesty Pat!

One of the best things about this company is you have no commitment to order monthly unless you want to earn free oils. It's really a great deal and I explain it to all who enroll with me, along with a reassurance that they do not have to order every month.
Now if someone commits to me that they want to do the business, I explain the commitment to order monthly and they place people in their group, which means they will start building a business and making residual income.

Rest assured that doTerra does not teach any of us that people have to order $150. per mo, that comes strictly from your up line.

Some teams demand the $150 and it is the fastest way to build and hit bonuses, however it also scares a lot of people and I have heard some team leaders complain there is a higher drop out rate. I always recommend reading the policy manual which is on doterratools.com
My personal approach is to talk about the $100. With proper training they always spend more than $150 because they are using the products and giving out samples. But everyone has to find the place that feels right to them.
