Do not use melaleuca with dogs. Oregano is pretty strong stuff, I don't think I'd try it with a dog. I'd suggest lavender. Most dog ear infections are related to the dog food. If you aren't already try a food with lamb or chicken as the first ingredient and no corn. Brown rice is okay as a grain.
