I don't have experience with bladder infections but I have used GX as an antibiotic! I had an infection on my thumbs. I was trying all sorts of topical oils. Then I took a gx two times a day and it was gone in two days. Hubby seemed to be getting a sinus infection. Gave him a gx and he is all clear. Just make sure you drink ALOT of water.
