At the first sign of a UTI, I put about 5 drops of Lemongrass on a tampon and use it overnight. I think I heard of using Frankincense the same way. I have not had UTI develop by doing this.

-- I have a friend who is in her first trimester of a hard pregnancy. She weighs under 100lbs (has since before) and has a severe re-occurring bladder infection. Her weight is due to constantly being sick and fighting health conditions...she eats when she can and wants to be healthy. She has lived with Rheumatoid Arthritis since she was little and has even gone through chemo which was unsuccessful. She is drinking Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, taking the Equate brand pre-natal (it's what she can afford right now), eating when she can (she goes in to the ER on a regular basis to have trama bags hooked up to her and IV injected due to dehydration). She used Deep Blue for her sore joints and Ginger and Peppermint for her scalp and nausea by putting it on her tummy, hands and feet. She also takes the Peppermint internally when she can. She was using Oregano (this bladder infection has been going on since before she was pregnant for about a month or two) but I heard she cannot take Oregano right now during pregnancy. The Anti-biotics the docs are giving her are expensive, making her sicker and simply don't work....so help! What are some things she can take??
