I use OnGuard and/or Breathe in my diffuser (or on my hands).

About an hour ago, I rubbed coconut oil on my chest, then layered Eucalyptus, Basil, Rosemary and Thyme and I feel 60% better. That, along with a capsule of Oreganol, On Guard, Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint twice today. These oils are the greatest.

If you use it in water on low you should get the smell, just not as much wellness due to the heat. I also keep a paper cup cut off to about 4-5 inches, put cotton in the bottom and drop the oils in the bottom. Carry it with you and breathe it as much as possible.
