[Everything doTERRA] Re: Yeast Infection and Hormonal Imbalance

The Candida protocal is 3 dr each Oregano and Melaluca, and 2 dr Lemon in capsule. Directions vary depending on what you read, but start taking it before bed for 6 nights and take the 7th day off, repeat for another week and see how it goes.  Also , your friend must cut out ALL white products, especially sugar and flour and absolutely NO POP (has sugar and other bad stuff)... id have her look up the candida diet protocol on the internet and have her read about it so she can understand why she must give this up and she will know what she needs to do.  Normal meds will not help a yeast (candida) infection.  OH, and take good probiotics or do Kefir to restore the good bacteria that the meds wiped out along with the bad.

I almost forgot, her partner needs the same protocol because it appears that he also has the same candida and the reason it keeps coming back is that when they have s*x she is getting re-infected, so he needs to go on the same protocal as the young lady or they will keep swaping the infection back and forth.

I have an amish friend that has been dealing with a yeast infection for a year now and also spotting. She has been on the normal meds for the yeast infection but it just keeps coming back and the spotting stopped during a few months of being on a birth control(she had to stop the birth control due to the amish church beliefs). She recently contacted me about the issues and I automatically started her on Oregano, DigestZen and OnGuard for the yeast infection, which was bothering her the most. It has helped a lot but she is still having a some issues with the itching. And with the spotting I was going to get her started on the Phytoestrogen, but wondering if there is anything else that I could recommend to help with the spotting. Thank you so much for your time and knowledge. God Bles
