[Everything doTERRA] Re: Out of Family Physician kits?!???!!!

I TOTALLY agree - alt date should have been given.,,,  write a letter!  I have asked to speak to a supervisor when I feel I get an answer that should have a different... they have many new customer service reps and there is definitely learning curve.  

On another note, I WAS selling the physicians kit, but NOW I share with a Potential IPC about the Physicians Kit, tell them about the oils how you can use them, and then I compare the cost difference between the Physicians kit and the Home essentials kit.  I explain that you WILL use the oils and will be re-ordering soon, and I show them how the Home essentials kit is actually more economical in the long run... so in the long run its all good... Most up grade

This is soooo bad business. My nearly IPC debated what to do. The only option was to upgrade. I was NOT happy with this. Calling dō Wednesday they said wait til Friday. I will not even be in their town Friday.

I understand that they ran out but to tell a new IPC no does not work. They should have listed an alternate ship date.

I really think dōTERRA needs to change this ASAP.

In the end they actually upgraded. That's great. But it yet feels wrong company wise.
