[Everything doTERRA] Re: enrollment kits, only for new enrollee's?

If its on the order form, then you can order it!!  And the advantage to enrollment kits is that you dont pay the $35 IPC enrollment FEE.  

 I just checked and you can .. its $250  with 220 pv.  BUT having said that, you should wait until December - they have historically had that if you place a $200 order you get a free frankincense ($69 ipc cost savings) in December
