[Everything doTERRA] doTERRA discovery and also advice for chronic pain, please.

I would suggest a couple of things...1) Aromatouch Technique administered on him @ least 1x/week, 2 or 3 would be ideal in the beginning. If your co-worker or you do not know how to do this it is simple &you can learn fairly quickly. If you have a ME book it will be in the front of it, if you need more of a demo type instruction you can order ATT dvd when you place an oil order they cost about $1ea. This has been very effective for managing pain for many ppl.
2) I would take several different oils internally just like you would take a medication...the oils I would chose are the ones that are best @pain relief & addressing inflammation...oils like Franki, Myrrh, Clove, Marjoram etc...there is a chart in the back of the ME book that shows you the oils that are anti-inflammatory and I would chose whatever oils I had on hand & use 2-3 drops ea in a veggie cap & take this as often as needed. In extreme cases even Wintergreen has been suggested as an internal oil for pain (it's part of the cancer protocol for pain) even though the bottle says not for internal use...I don't think taking it daily for weeks @ a time is a good idea but a few times a week in my opinion is ok. I have been known to take it this way myself when nothing else was giving me relief or taking the edge off.

Hope this helps!
