[Everything doTERRA] cysts causing lymphatic malformation

My friends baby was  born with a lymphatic malformation and the cysts are in bedded in his jaw and on his tongue and if they don't fix it soon it could be bad. He is one now and his mother wants to avoid surgery and looking for other options right now. Any suggestions for oils?
