I'd tell her she's getting rid of stuff. Sometimes when we have a lot of mucus, it ca be that our bodies are empltying out some gunk and it needs the mucus to move it out. Is she drinking a lot of water? especially with lemon oil in it? She may be detoxing slightly.
I have that happen when my allergies kick up and it takes a couple of days of oils to get rid of the irritants. :) How long is she giving it? 30 days is pretty typical for me to need to see any noticeable change.
