[Everything doTERRA] Re: Rounded ligament pain in pregnancy

I know everyone will have a different opinion as to what oils are safe when pregnant but my nurse midwife who loves doTERRA said I should only use lavender, ginger, frankincense and peppermint after the first trimester along with using less oil and to dilute them. She also said to taper off the peppermint the last few weeks before birth as I plan to breastfeed. With that said I have found gentle stretching and a 30 minute walk to be very helpful with my back and hip pain at 21 weeks pregnant. I hope this helps!

I'm 4 months pregnant and suffer with this condition and I don't want to take a lot of Advil to deal with the pain.
